Dramatherapy is an evidence based creative arts approach to therapy, affecting change through engaging in imaginative play and drama processes. Dramatherapy can be delivered in a group or in a individual session and can be accessed face to face or online through zoom or Microsoft teams. Dramatherapy is a service for everyone. Service funds can be accessed through NDIS or can be privately funded.

As of 2023, Gerard Lane will be a professional graduate of the Masters of Creative Arts Therapy from the University of Melbourne and a professional member of the ANZACATA - peak professional registration body for Creative Arts Therapists.

Studio Space provide drama training courses to people of all ages and abilities to people of northern Tasmania. Drama training is training for life. It improves our ability to communicate, interact and can build our self-confidence in social and professional settings. Through voice and movement training, Studio Space is committed to tailoring their programs to meet your needs and levels of ability. Our mission is to make the highest quality level of training available to all people. These course include in person training in age groups, individual sessions and online workshops.

Auditioning for drama school? As a graduate of the prestigious Victorian College of the Arts Drama School, Gerard can guide you through the enormity of drama school auditions. Run in August each year, this program is the ideal preparation for taking the next step on your career as a professional performance artist.

Screen acting and self taping has never been more accessible. With the widespread availability of smart phones and tablets, this program can equip you with the skills you need to deliver a great audition, everytime!
